Shiftly provides AI-powered tools for restaurant operators including job post generation, interview question generation, applicant fit advice, trial shift coaching, and social media content assistance.

Shiftly provides AI-generated assistance. Generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any generated content before using it.

Shiftly is designed to assist restaurant operators, but all hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the employer. Shiftly does not make hiring decisions on your behalf.

You are responsible for how you use generated content, compliance with employment laws, reviewing job posts before publishing, reviewing social media content before posting, and ensuring your use of the service is lawful.

The Pro plan is a monthly subscription. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may cancel according to the billing provider's process. Access to Pro features may end if payment fails or your subscription is canceled.

Shiftly may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, spam, attempts to harm the service, misuse of AI tools, or violation of these terms.

Shiftly may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Shiftly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Shiftly uses OCR and AI to analyze uploaded review screenshots and generate reply suggestions for Google, Yelp, and other platforms. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any generated replies before use. Shiftly does not guarantee that every generated response is appropriate for every situation. Compliance with Google, Yelp, and other platform policies remains the sole responsibility of the user. Shiftly is not responsible for any decisions, damages, or outcomes resulting from AI-generated content. Shiftly does not publish responses directly to any third-party platform.
